Course progress overview

Thank you for your willingness to serve as a Field Adjuster for eRisk Services’ CAT Team.

These trainings have been produced to prepare you for success in your role as a Field Adjuster with the eRisk Services Cat Team.

  1. Field Adjuster Safety Orientation

The first lesson in this training will orient you to the standards of professionalism and personal awareness expected of all Field Adjusters, as they navigate regions that have experienced natural disasters.  While some of the hazards you will face in your deployment zone are different from others, please watch the training in its entirety.

2. Field Adjuster Process Guide

This second lesson will help you understand how your work as a Field Adjuster fits into the larger context of the CAT Team.
